A joint state and federal task force investigation against our client led to multiple arrests. Because of reasonable-doubt issues we raised with Pasadena PD, the case was closed without formal charges in state or federal court. Our client was not charged at arraignment despite posting a $100,000 bail bond at the time of arrest.
