Federal investigators have identified a man they believe is responsible for as many as 10 bank robberies all around Manhattan since last September. Dana Conor, who is 52 years old, was identified by investigators from the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) through video footage from several robberies. Dubbed the Dapper Bandit by investigators, Conor has robbed several banks in mid-town and lower Manhattan, the first of which occurred on September 21st. Conor, who is also sometimes called Maurice, was given his unusual nickname by investigators on the case because he tends to wear suits or business attire when robbing banks. Conor also has a thin mustache and is said to have "Moe Love" tattoed across his chest. The Dapper Bandit is believed to be living in Virginia and traveling up to New York City for each robbery. His most recent robbery took place just two days after Christmas, on December 27, 2011. While federal investigators have identified their suspect, they have not been able to locate him and have even offered a reward for information leading to his capture.
